Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, declared country, linked wallet addresses.
• Billing data: deposits, onchain transaction references, ledger entries, and usage records (model, token counts, cost, timing).
• Content: prompts and outputs pass through Stovra to the model provider. The playground and API do not store prompt or response text. Agent runs store their inputs, tool results, and outputs so you can review run history.

What we do not do

• We do not write prompts, completions, API keys, or email addresses to operational logs. Logs are redacted automatically.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We never receive wallet private keys.

Who we share with

Model providers receive the content of your requests to produce responses. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Email delivery providers receive your email address to send sign-in links.

Retention

Ledger and usage records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Agent run history can be removed by archiving the agent on request to support.

Contact support to access, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep.
