Assets, Stock Tokens, and risk

USDG

USDG is a stablecoin issued by a third party. Stovra accepts it as payment and credits one US dollar of service balance per USDG received. Stovra does not issue USDG and makes no promise about its value or redemption.

Stock Tokens are not shares

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt instruments issued by a third party that provide economic exposure to the price of an underlying security. Holding or depositing a Stock Token does not make you a shareholder. It carries no voting rights, no legal or beneficial ownership, and no rights against the company whose shares it tracks.

How Stovra values Stock Token deposits

  • Only tokens whose official contract address and Chainlink price feed have been verified onchain by Stovra administrators are accepted.
  • The price is the feed's price for one token, which already reflects corporate-action adjustments. Feeds update during market hours; outside them, quotes are refused as stale.
  • A valuation haircut and a deposit fee are deducted and shown before you sign. The quote expires after a few minutes.
  • If the transfer settles after the quote expires, or the price falls beyond the stated buffer before settlement, the deposit goes to manual review rather than being credited automatically.
  • Once credited, your balance is in US dollars and is not linked to the token price. Deposited tokens are not held for you and are not returnable as tokens.

Eligibility

Stock Token deposits are not available to persons in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other restricted jurisdictions, or to U.S. persons. You must declare your residence and confirm eligibility, and Stovra may also check your location.

Blockchain risks

Transactions are irreversible once final. Sending the wrong asset, amount, or network can delay or prevent crediting. Chain reorganizations can remove transactions before they are final; Stovra waits for confirmations and reverses credits if a transaction disappears.
